Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services offered on this website (hereinafter "the Service" or "the Platform"), the user (hereinafter "the Client" or "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.
Description of Service
The Platform provides access to a network of residential and mobile proxies through a prepaid bandwidth package system.
Proxy Types
- Residential Proxies: IP addresses assigned by ISPs to real home devices, across 195+ countries. Price: $3.00/GB for the first 10 GB; $1.75/GB from the 11th GB onward.
- Mobile Proxies: IPs from real 4G/5G/LTE carrier networks with high rotation. Price: $6.00/GB for the first 10 GB; $3.50/GB from the 11th GB onward.
Bandwidth Packages
- Packages are purchased in GB units and are valid for 30 calendar days from activation.
- Unused bandwidth expires automatically at the end of the 30-day period — no rollover, no compensation.
- Packages are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
Supported Protocols & Sessions
- HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols on all proxy types.
- Rotating sessions (new IP per request) and sticky sessions (same IP for up to 120 minutes).
- Authentication via username/password or IP whitelisting.
Proxy Network Disclosure New
Our residential and mobile proxy network operates through a peer-sourced infrastructure model. IP addresses available through the Service originate from real devices — including home computers, smartphones, and other connected devices — whose owners have voluntarily opted into a network-sharing program operated by our infrastructure partners.
- All devices in our network participate through consent-based peer programs compliant with applicable law.
- The Platform acts as an intermediary providing access to this IP pool. We do not own the endpoint devices.
- The same IP may be used by multiple clients at different times. Exclusive IP assignment is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a specific plan.
- The IP pool's size, geographic distribution, and availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Registration & User Account
Creating an account is required to access the Service. By registering, the Client warrants that:
- All information provided during registration is truthful, current, and complete.
- They will keep account information up to date throughout the life of the account.
- They are the sole holder and responsible party for their account credentials.
- They will not share, sell, or transfer account access to third parties without explicit written permission from the Platform.
- They will notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account.
The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from the Client's failure to maintain account security. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
Age Requirement & Self-Certification New
The Service is intended exclusively for adults. By creating an account or using the Service, you self-certify that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
- If registering on behalf of a legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Balance & Cryptocurrency Payments
Prepaid Balance System
The Platform operates exclusively on a prepaid balance system. All payments are processed through cryptocurrency. Currently accepted currencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and BNB. The full current list is always available in the user dashboard and is subject to change.
Blockchain Confirmations & Crediting
- Balance is credited only after the transaction reaches the required minimum network confirmations for the respective cryptocurrency.
- The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, low gas fees, or other blockchain-level issues outside our control.
- Always use the deposit address shown in your dashboard at the time of payment. Sending funds to outdated addresses may result in permanent loss for which the Platform bears no liability.
Exchange Rates & Volatility
Your balance is expressed in USD. Credit is calculated at the market exchange rate at the moment the transaction confirms on the blockchain. Price fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are your sole responsibility.
Network Transaction Fees
All blockchain network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are your responsibility and are not included in the credited amount.
No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy
Bandwidth Consumption & Deduction Rules New
Bandwidth is deducted from your active package based on the geographic filter level applied to each proxy connection. Understanding this is critical to managing your package effectively:
When a State or City filter is active, every 1 GB of actual data consumed deducts 2 GB from your package. This applies to both residential and mobile proxy types without exception.
The double-deduction rate reflects the additional infrastructure cost of routing traffic through geographically precise IP pools. This pricing structure is contractually binding — by purchasing any package you expressly agree to these deduction rules and waive any claim based on this rate differential.
Package Validity & Expiration
Each bandwidth package has a strict validity period of 30 calendar days from the activation date. Upon expiration:
- All unconsumed bandwidth in the expired package is permanently forfeited — no compensation, credit, or rollover.
- Proxy access is suspended automatically until a new package is purchased using available account balance.
- Expiration reminder notifications may be sent but their non-delivery does not extend the validity period or create any liability for the Platform.
Account Balance Policy New
Your prepaid account balance (USD-equivalent credit not yet allocated to a bandwidth package) is governed by the following rules:
- No expiry: Your account balance never expires. You may top up at any time and use that balance whenever you choose, with no time pressure.
- Non-withdrawable: Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted back to cryptocurrency. It may only be used to purchase bandwidth packages on the Platform.
- Non-transferable: Balance is tied to your account and cannot be gifted, sold, or moved to any other account.
- Forfeiture upon breach termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining balance is forfeited immediately with no right to recovery.
- Forfeiture upon voluntary account closure: If you request account deletion, any remaining balance at the time of closure is forfeited. We recommend spending your balance before requesting deletion.
Acceptable Use Policy
Use of the Service is subject to our full Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key summary:
Permitted Uses
- Market research and legitimate public data collection (web scraping).
- Ad verification and multi-account management for professional purposes.
- Geographic content testing, SEO monitoring, and application QA.
- Privacy protection during lawful browsing activities.
Prohibited Uses
- Any illegal activity under any applicable jurisdiction.
- Fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, or DDoS attacks.
- Unauthorized system access, credential stuffing, or hacking.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
- Ad fraud, click fraud, or artificial engagement inflation.
- Violation of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Violations entitle the Platform to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund and report the activity to competent authorities.
Suspension & Account Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other Platform policy.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity detected by automated or manual monitoring.
- Formal request from competent law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age requirement in Section 5.
Service Availability & No-SLA Disclaimer New
We strive to maintain high availability and publish uptime statistics as performance indicators. The following applies:
- Any uptime figures on our website (including "99.9% uptime") are historical performance metrics, not contractual SLA guarantees.
- The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service.
- Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events may cause interruptions without prior notice.
- No credits, refunds, or compensation will be issued for downtime or performance degradation, unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
Privacy & Data Protection
The Platform collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). Key points:
- We collect only data necessary for the Service: registration data, transaction records, and connection metadata.
- We do not log or inspect the content of traffic transmitted through our proxy network.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Data may be disclosed to Colombian authorities when required by law or valid legal order.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Colombian law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or temporary or permanent unavailability.
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities from use of the Service.
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature.
- Actions of third parties, including target websites, IP pool providers, or network operators.
- Cryptocurrency value fluctuations affecting your balance's effective purchasing power.
- Your violation of any third party's terms of service when using our proxies.
In all cases, the Platform's maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your current account balance at the time the claim arises.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the Platform — software, source code, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content — are the property of ResidentialProxy.online or its licensors, protected under Colombian Law 23 of 1982 and Decision 351 of the Andean Community (CAN).
The Client acquires no ownership rights over such elements. Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or modification of any Platform component without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Colombian law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Updated
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The Platform's operations are based in Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia.
Amicable Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. Either party may initiate this by sending written notice describing the dispute. The parties shall have thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of such notice to reach a resolution.
Jurisdiction
If amicable resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Both parties expressly waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in these courts.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may hold as a consumer under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor) that cannot lawfully be excluded by private contract.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court under Colombian law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
