Third-Party Rights & Terms of Service
Our proxies route traffic to third-party websites and services. You must respect the rights and rules of any third party you interact with through the Service:
- Review and comply with the terms of service of any website or platform you access via our proxies. Many platforms prohibit automated access — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance.
- Respect
robots.txtdirectives and crawling rate limits set by website operators. - Do not scrape or harvest data in a manner that places unreasonable load on target servers or disrupts their normal operation.
- Do not use our Service to circumvent paywalls, subscription systems, or content access controls in violation of the target platform's licensing terms.
Monitoring & Enforcement
We do not monitor the content of proxy traffic. However, we do monitor network-level metadata to protect the integrity and availability of our infrastructure:
- Automated systems analyze connection patterns, bandwidth consumption, and request rates to detect anomalous or abusive behavior.
- We may receive abuse reports from third parties (website operators, ISPs, law enforcement) and will investigate these reports.
- Accounts identified as violating this AUP may be suspended immediately pending investigation, or terminated without prior notice in severe cases.
- We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies and may be required to preserve and disclose account data in connection with legal proceedings.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP will be taken seriously. The severity of the response will depend on the nature and gravity of the violation:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request you cease the prohibited activity.
- Temporary suspension: Immediate suspension of your account while an investigation is conducted, without access to your remaining balance.
- Permanent termination: Permanent closure of your account with forfeiture of any remaining balance, with no right to appeal for severe violations.
- Legal referral: Reporting the violation and sharing relevant account data with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or affected third parties where required or appropriate.
- Civil liability: We reserve the right to seek damages, injunctive relief, or other legal remedies against users who cause harm to our infrastructure, reputation, or third parties.
We reserve sole discretion to determine what constitutes a violation and the appropriate response. All enforcement decisions are final.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe our infrastructure is being used in violation of this AUP — whether by another user or by a third party — we encourage you to report it promptly. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
- Email abuse reports to: contact@residentialproxy.online with the subject line "Abuse Report".
- Include as much detail as possible: IP addresses, timestamps (with timezone), URLs, and a description of the observed activity.
- We aim to acknowledge all abuse reports within 48 hours and resolve confirmed violations promptly.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, the legal landscape, or observed abuse patterns. When we make material changes:
